The IT will take place at the campus of the Technical University in Eindhoven and on the sport terrain "Hondsheuvels" (which is next to the university campus). The address of the University is:

The Technische Universiteit Eindhoven campus is situated in the centre of Eindhoven. The compact green campus not only has university buildings, but sports facilities and a student centre as well. Most buildings are connected via walkways. Because of this, the TU/e is one of the most easily accessible universities for the handicapped.

By train:

Eindhoven Central Station, take the stairs down from the platform and turn to your right. Take the exit on the north side of the bus station. Walk for about 100m (in the direction of the Rabobank) and you will see the university buildings across the road to your right. They are only on a few minutes walk.

By car/bus:

From all highways to and around Eindhoven (A2, A50, A58, A67 en A270) follow the road signs with 'Centrum' until 'Universiteit' is indicated. There is sufficient parking space on the campus.

But beware, from this year you have to pay to park at the campus. We indicated a good parking spot on the campus map below.Follow the black line. It costs about 2 euros to park there for a whole weekend. But you can't leave the terrain then, otherwise you'll have to pay again of course.

From the committee we provide you this parking ticket (only once per car/bus), so when you arrive at the campus you take a ticket from the ticketmachine at the barriers and you're in. When you check in with your team at the Sportscentre we give you a new ticket (if you ask for it), with which you can leave the terrain on sunday.

Things to know

• The first matches will be played on Saturday and will start around 9.00, the opening takes place at 9.00. So be there early enough on saturday so you have enough time to change etc. It is also possible to come to Eindhoven on Friday. When you arrive on Friday you will get a little something to eat (soup and bread with sausage) and we will have a nice party in the tennis pavilion. Off course you can stay Friday night (read more about places to stay in the next alinea).

• Where will you sleep; There are two places where you can stay at night, namely the students sportscentre and the campingplace on the campus. If you sleep in the Sportscentre you have to bring an airbed (or something like that) and sleeping bag.
  
  The other possibility is to sleep at the ‘campus’. This is a grass field about 150 meters away from the sports centre. You also have to bring an airbed, sleeping bed, and a tent to sleep in. You can leave your stuff in the tents in the morning, the field does not have to be clean. There is a possibility to shower and go to the toilet in the sportscentre, so you have to walk there (this is about 150 meters away).

• How many players will come this year? We are expecting about 500 participants.

• You can rent a locker with us, if you wanna make sure your valuables are safe. You can ask for one when you arrive.

• We provide you all the food during the weekend.You'll also get a drink with every meal, except with the lunch. And of course.. beer won't be free ;-)

• You can't get bottles of water during the tournament! We advise you to bring some bottles of your own, there will be enough places to fill them up during the tournament.
